Lake Communicator board members are planning the 2016-17 meeting schedule. Once speakers confirm their dates and topics, we will share the information via the Voice, our website and email blasts. The majority of meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month at varying locations in Lake County from 11:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Our meetings include networking and a half-hour program. Guests are always welcome. Save these dates in your calendar and join us for ongoing marketing communication education and networking.

Best Wishes to Destination Cleveland!

Several months ago, we hosted Michael Mulhall, vice president of partnerships for Destination Cleveland, as a guest speaker. He brought us up to date on how Northeast Ohio is preparing for the Republican National Convention, which will take place in downtown Cleveland the week of July 18.

Michael gave an engaging presentation about the impact the RNC will have on our greater Cleveland economy. Many of our members registered their businesses on the RNC website, and some of us signed up to volunteer at the event.

We wish Michael, the staff at Destination Cleveland and the RNC event organizers a smooth and successful event!
